Good location and clean
The stairs do become more of an issue than I expected; no comfortable relaxing area

Great spot for a big group! Lots of room to spread out, and the location is perfect for seeing Tokyo. Train stations are close by, and there are convenience stores right around the corner — super handy for late-night food runs or grabbing breakfast on the go. It’s the ideal home base for exploring the city and still having a cozy place to hang out.

The staff were great and very accomodating. Great location, great facilities, great rooms. Perfect for a large group to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend.

We did have trouble getting in to start which was a bit frustrating, had to wait for an hour to get hold of the host who had to give us a new code. Otherwise, it's in a great location, and amazing if you're travelling in a big group.
