CUBES ON THE BEACH Athens Airport

We enjoyed a brief overnight stay at Cubes on the Beach, as we were arriving from a Greek island in the afternoon and continuing to another destination the next morning. We were looking for somewhere reasonable to stay, but which was accessible both to the airport and to a nice place to spend an evening. The hotel staff were very responsive and made coordination very easy, and helped us to arrange transportation to and from the airport, for which at our time of travel we paid 25 EUR fixed price each way for a regular sized taxi. Staff were on-site to greet us when we arrived and check-in was super easy. The property itself is situated just meters from a nice rocky beach, and along a low-traffic road which leads into town. It was lovely for an evening walk along the water. The rooms we booked had outdoor areas and windows which overlooked the water, and there were communal chairs and parasols available as well. The beds were surprisingly comfortable as well.

Not many comments - perhaps the price is a bit high for the value, but traveling during shoulder season and staying near the airport we were not surprised. The bathrooms are small, but fully functional. Overall there is little downside.

The room was very nice with kitchenette and very nice porch with beach view. The staff was super helpful. We were only there one night before our flight out of Athens.

Everything was perfect!

Gorgeous studio apartment right on the beach with private outdoor space with sun lounges. Showering facilities for post swim at the front of the property. Beach towels provided. Make sure you take up their offer to arrange a shuttle from the airport.

A little bit far from the main town but a cheap Uber trip.

We only stayed one night as we needed a property close to the airport (we would have been happy to stay longer), but were impressed by the design and facilities, with a balcony and large windows looking out to sea. We liked the small, low-key, beach directly opposite the apartment which was well used by local people - with more developed beach front tavernas etc a short walk further down the shore. Communication with the hosts and access, via a key box, were very efficient and the building felt very well managed, with plentiful information about on-site facilities and local amenities.
