The staff were all absolutely fantastic. Helpful, quick to deal with enquiries. Had a WhatsApp number for queries/requests which was great. The pool was 10/10 and the rooms were spacious.

The food, overall, was unfortunately disappointing. Poor value for money. The dinner buffet food was basic. An alright selection but not incredibly tasty. Breakfast was much better however. Also €8.50 for a small bowl on the a la carte of fries is criminal.

Could do with a taxi shuttle into town as taxis are difficult to find

A great family boutique resort, but what really stands our is the staff: ever genuinely and extremely friendly and helpful. Just to name one, Oggy, the service manager, is a jewel.

The only thing was the daily (loud) music of the adjacent hotel. Please know there is no shade over the pool.

The service was above and beyond- we stayed here when we got married in agreco farms and they were so kind to upgrade us and took excellent care Wie us. Special thanks to Oggy.

restaurant a la carte could be improved

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast and lovely room. The decor was bright and the hotel full of light. Covid restrictions were managed very well. Did not feel the least bit like an impersonal resort more like a family run hotel where everyone wanted you to have a good time.

We were here from 08.10 - 17.10.2021. It is a very nice hotel complex with a great pool and beautiful beach. Our sons, 6 and 10 years old, really enjoyed it. Child care by absolute professionals! All the staff are very friendly and the food is great. The rooms are very nice and are cleaned twice a day. There was nothing to complain about and meets all 5 stars. I wish I could give this property 6 stars, the staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible service! They covered all their bases and the little shop across the street had great souvenirs for a great price.

High-standart and exemplary 5-star hotel, the etalon of hospitality: 1. From the airport 1 hour 75 km, no aircrafts over the beach: silence, tranquility and relaxation at sea. 2. The sea is transparent and clear due to the rocky bottom, there is sand on the beach, and at the entrance there are small and large stones (our feet are used to being like yogis in 2-3 days, our friends bought special protective beach shoes). 3. Well maintained area: many flowers, tall palms, greenery, it's nice that every flower is looked after. 4. Perfect cleanliness in the room and on the territory, great job - even absent a smell of chemistry. 5. Fabolous organized hygiene in the room, on the territory and in the restaurant (disposable gloves, tables at a distance, clean tables and clean cutlery, clean towels, a sufficient amount of soap, cosmetics, napkins). 6. Excellent assortment in the restaurant (for breakfast any desire: eggs, fresh salads, fruits, milk, cottage chesse, meat and fish). And the opportunity to choose a buffet for dinner. For lunch we went to the restaurant on site - I recommend sea bass fillet with fennel puree. Any request for the ingredients of the dish is hospitably and cordially fulfilled. For example, for allergics, or we wanted something kid's specific, the kitchen will cook it individually. 7. We even didn't have to leave the oasis of comfort at all - a small store where we found almost all the necessary little things, a swimsuit, cosmetics, beach shoes. 8. The territory is large, so it is possible to feel privacy and safety. 9. Perfectly coordinated team of professionals attentive to the details: room decoration, welcome at the reception (amazing recommendations for restaurants in the old city, thanks to Persa and Andreas), in the restaurant (my warm pleasure to Konstantina, Panajotas, Konstantin, Sula, Litsa and theirs teams who worked with our table) made our vacation as great pleasure and desire to come back to beautiful hellenic paradise.

2 employees of Grekoland's children's room and sports ground could be improved. Would like to pay attention to the main task that these workplaces are called upon to solve - to help parents get 1-2 hours of free time during lunch or swimming or spa. Example: we had dinner and our child got bored to sit, the kid wanted to draw. We went to kid's room where lazy Maxim said he cannot give pencils to draw, because now he has to watch cartoons by timetable. At the same time, there were no other children, our child was the only visitor. At the same time, Maxim himself chewed popcorn, carefully prepared for children. It is need to change the concept of following the schedule timetable and be flexible to the request. I also waited 1.5 hours for the animator Elizabeth, I played on the sports ground with the child by myself, she saw me, say hello, but didn't start her work, because she established strange rules to gather only in her room and that I must be with the child together. In other 5star hotel (in Italy animators offer services, helping parents of 1-year old, 2-year old and 3 years old without problems and with pleasure - this is theirs main task. And in Grecoland Maxim and Elizaveta did not offer services, and tried to avoid work with every possibility they turned to them. It was also unpleasant whether Elizaveta's inattentivness (or she specifically tried to harm the child, don't know) she tryed to put my baby every time face to the hard sun and it was unpleasant for the baby to frown and it was hard to see. I made 4 comments, no result. The most unpleasant moment - Maxim and Elizaveta are discussing the guests and their children 5 meters from the guests, so everuthing was possible to hear - it is unacceptable in 5-stars. Against the general background, Maxim and Elizabeth stood out for their laziness and tactlessness. Josephine was the only who tried to be involved and attentive to the child.
