Wonderful get away! Comfortable bed, very clean, and the host was accommodating and provided great communication!

We were in for the weekend to spend time with family. The house was clean and with all needed amenities. The covered parking was awesome and when the rain stopped so were the views. Very comfortable beds!

Cool location and setup. Overall great stay. Good beds and sheets. Amenities are there for a family staying for several days. Owner/manager was as communicative and responsive as you could get. Some continuous improvement points given the pricing of the property for the area - Kitchen --> tools and cookware could be upgraded. Low grade kitchenware put a damper on our ability to effectively cook. Limited tools as well made some standard cooking a bit harder too. Closed off portions of the property --> The property had some close off portions and yard space on the mountain that was not accessible. It appeared to be due to safety issues, but there is some great potential there that would have made a huge difference. Record player --> They stock a really good selection of vinyl at the property, but the record player is broken. Would have been playing that thing non-stop otherwise.

This was one of the best rentals my family has ever stayed in. It’s location is stunning and the home is beautiful. Even better, the hosts are absolutely wonderful and saved the day when I needed help booking another property because of my own mistake. You will not regret booking here!

Very nice home with beautiful views. Nice large deck for sunset views. Comfortable beds and close drive to all attractions. Driveway is a little tricky for large SUV but manageable.

The house is clean and well maintained. The deck off the back is huge and has great views. Location is an easy drive to all things Chattanooga. My family of four fit perfectly comfortably and I would book this house again.

There are a couple of things that are important to me in a rental. Cleanliness and a great outdoor space. This house had both!! Super clean and beautiful views from the deck.

It was just as described and more. They had everything on hand that we needed during our stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had during the stay. Very quiet neighborhood. And a BEAUTIFUL view from the deck especially at sunset. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful house inside , very clean and kept . Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.
The parking / entrance is tricky because you are on a hill but the view is very nice.

Recently decided to do a weekend get away with the hubby. We didn't want to makes plans so we chose a house that was both private and close to actives. The house was everything we expected and more. It was nice, cozy and most importantly clean. I would highly recommend.

This property is immaculate -super close to downtown restaurants. Property owner was incredibly helpful with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for the family and all amenities we needed for our stay

Could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Chattanooga. Location was great! Easy access to everything we wanted to do. The house had everything and more than we needed! Communication with the owner was great, she even gave me a heads up on reservations we should make in advance. The welcome books gives great ideas on places to go and restaurants. They had activities for the kids, and couldn't ask for a better view! Would defiantly stay here again!

Nicely appointed with everything you need. The home is roomy, nice furnishings, beautiful view of the city. We were so warm and cozy for our Christmas stay. Would love to visit in the other warmer seasons as well!

We were in town for a softball tournament. As anyone who has ever had a kid in travel ball, basically you rent a place to sleep as you are almost never in your VRBO or hotel. This place was perfect, good beds, easy location for hitting several different ball fields and the property manager was perfect. Friendly, timely, open communication and very helpful!

Loved our stay here! The house is so nice, furnishings very comfortable, loved the decor. Very clean with some nice touches throughout (coffees, bathroom supplies, etc.) Great location, very pretty and great view of Chattanooga from the back deck. We definitely hope to be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great view!
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the quick responses from the owner and the well equipped kitchen. We enjoy cooking and have struggled with this in other rentals due to inadequate pots/pans etc... We used the grill on the gorgeous deck, the crock pot, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only downside to our stay was the amount of rain that week and we couldn't enjoy the deck more. We would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful! The location was very close to touristy attractions. The only drawback is the driveway into the property is pretty steep, would recommend traveling in a small SUV or car. It's a little hard to maneuver in a truck. Otherwise the place was great!

I highly recommend this place. It is every bit as nice and spacious as it look. It’s probably in the most enviable spot in all of Chattanooga with a view you would expect from a high end resort somewhere. Check in and check out we’re a breeze, the host Becky is very nice and a great communicator. We used the grill a lot!
