Mistral Luxury Suites

We had a very pleasant stay at Mistral Luxury Suites. The location is excellent, with the train and bus stations just a short walk away, and the town centre is also within easy walking distance. It’s a very convenient location and, overall, we felt it offered good value for money. The suite was comfortable, clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. One small observation is that the name “Luxury Suites” perhaps sets expectations a little higher than the accommodation itself — while the suite is certainly comfortable, I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious. That said, this didn’t detract from our stay, and we would happily consider staying here again because of the excellent location and good value.

It was delightful, great location, clean tidy and comfortable

Nothing

Location is convenient — near the railway and bus station. Staff is very helpful and available on mobile when needed.

Check-in is only till 7 PM. Reception is not manned — no staff available to assist. No security cameras on the property. Need four different keys just to get into the room — very inconvenient. Even to exit the reception area, you need a key. Luggage storage is open at the reception without any supervision — not secure.
