A really exceptional stay. We enjoyed it so much, we booked a second stay while we were on the first! Every area of Regency House is beautiful. Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly helpful and welcoming - A really sublime team who do their best to make you feel special. The breakfast was stunning, the location was fantastic (25 min walk into the centre of the city), the Le Labo products in the bathroom were gorgeous, and the little welcome cakes were such a lovely touch. And the private downstairs spa area was a huge bonus! Loved it and would stay again (again!)
The first stay we booked was in the smallest room (which was very small) but still lovely and comfortable.

Amazing breakfast, three people were standing just inside the door to greet us when we arrived, and they were all so happy and smiling. So eager to help. Bed very comfortable.
Clearly this hotel is going for style & aesthetic. Their designers failed to consider guests’ safety & comfort by installing a TV on the wall in front of the bed. The room is so small and jammed with stuff. We had to arch our bodies to the side, leaning over the bed to make sure we didn’t run into the TV. This irked me so much.
-Heritage room 6 is NOT 200 sq ft. like the description says on booking.com. Ask NOT to stay in this room.
-There is no tub, like the description says on booking.com. (Not that I need a tub. I’m more concerned with the accuracy.)
-No chocolates, like the description says on booking.com. (Not that I need chocolates. I’m more concerned with the accuracy.)
