Facilty was nice and felt safe with guard at the gate. Facility has rideshare drop-off/pick-up up front.

The property is very nice and clean. The pools are beautiful. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place.

Visited Las Vegas for a friend special occasion. Julio’s place was awesomely perfect for a family with fur pets, near to strips really but yet a quiet and private area. We will definitely choose this place again. Most importantly Julio is so kind!

Secure gated community directly across the street from the Rio. The host communicated directly with me throughout the weekend. I was impressed by how clean it was and the extra attention to the little things that people might need. I definitely would recommend. I will be staying here again.

Property was clean upon arrival, check in was easy, safe feeling with the guard gate at the entrance, grounds to the property were clean and quiet, pool was especially nice for the warm day we had. The unit had everything you needed along with some nice extras that are provided. would recommend to others and will definitely book here again on my next visit to the area. Great 2 bedroom condo to stay in while visiting Las Vegas. So close to the strip, secure property with gated entry, clean, thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and toiletries. We will definitely be back!

This had everything we were looking for off the strip. It had amazing pools and it was very safe. Super quiet at night. Only 5 minutes from the strip.

This property was the perfect place for us! The unit was adorably remodeled and stocked with necessities. The owner was so quick to respond and accommodating to the fullest! If you need a place relatively close to the strip without the hussle and bustle- this is the place!

The area was very nice, I had no issues at all. The outside and inside was very clean. It was very close to the Las Vegas strip, if I wanted to I could go walking. Everything felt so comforting, I felt like I was at home. I’d definitely stay there again, I really recommend staying there.

The host has put a lot into this property and has thought of it all down to top quality linens (Bless you for investing a little more…it makes all the difference!) to the cotton balls/q-tips in the bathroom. This property is a very clean 2-bedroom unit with large big screen in living room, private little patio (awesome for coffee in the morning). Updated showers in both bathrooms, no tub but there is a seat in the one shower for those who are disabled, not sure about the other bathroom. There are nice glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, knives, keurig items similar pod style coffee maker (they do leave tea, coffee and hot chocolate-always a nice and appreciated touch) and they supply conditioner/shampoo, cleaner, rubbing alcohol, dishwasher pods/dish soap and laundry detergent, softener and dryer sheets-and trash bags. They have pretty much all you need for a comfortable stay. They have nice quality sheets and blankets and there’s lots of pillows, and a super large & comfy couch. There are extra blankets for sitting on couch or on patio, and there are at least two pools and hot tub, and gym with vending machines on the property. The host and property manager communicate super fast if you need anything and they were kind to accommodate a late check-out (but bear in mind that’s if it’s available and I’d ask in advance or give as much notice as you can….) when we asked because we couldn’t check in to our other property until later. In return, we tried to clean up and help out as best we could for their extreme generosity. This close to strip (less than a mile, and right by I-15 ramp and there’s a Walgreens in walking distance across st, as well as a few restaurants. Property has everything you will need while in Vegas, so If you are hesitant about if you should book this place, don’t be….this one is a no-brainer! Can’t recommend it enough! Also, it is priced right and just an overall lovely property. I didn’t have one bad experience or problem while there, and pictures are 100% accurate. Thank you guys for a wonderful trip! The unit is clean, comfortable, and perfect for four adults! We like to cook, and the appliances are nice with a full-sized fridge, stove, etc. A toaster, blender, pot for soup, and lids for pans would be nice additions. Our host was especially kind and responsive to our needs. This place is definitely on our list to book when we return to Vegas!

Condo was near the strip. It's within 5 minutes of driving distance. Security guard was very helpful. Nice 2 bedroom condo with access to pool and gym. The condo allows a dog. The owner was very responsive throughout our stay.

Great stay overall!! Appreciate the ability to do some laundry and the complimentary detergent. Appreciate the cleanliness. My only suggestion is to make it easier to take a hot shower in the master bedroom and find a way for the temperature in the master bedroom to match the temperature with the rest of the condo, even with the vents open. Other than that, the location and area is great, almost perfect if you are going in and out of the strip. I will definitely keep an eye out for your location when I come back to Vegas!
