Location to the beach; room facilities and the staff were excellent. We managed to get checked in early and was very grateful for that

On our first day there was lots of bird droppings by the pool edge and on our sun lounger. This was cleared the next day and everything was very clean. We did have further issues with bird droppings on our sun lounger later on in the week; maybe more bird spikes are required. Breakfast was excellent quality; maybe an English breakfast option?

Great experience all around, the room was spotless and the view of the beach was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady was lovely and did a very thorough job every day, as well as the lady that served us breakfast in the morning, she was very friendly and polite. The food is tasty and well made, and you can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the upstairs terrace. 5 stars on the customer service. Someone in the comments below complained about pigeons and said they should have spikes installed, which I thoroughly disagree with! The spikes would be an eye sore - leave the pigeons alone, they are minding their own business, unlike others! Next time you see one please remember they were very helpful during the war. For anyone reading this comment, apologies for the rant; we only saw one pigeon by the pool during our 4 day stay, he wasn't bothering anyone and looked like he was just seeking shade. In case you are concerned, there is a guy cleaning the pool every morning, and he does a very thorough job.

Such a cozy and beautiful place! The room was absolutely spotless and beautifully designed — honestly, one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and a beautiful view of the sea and the sunrise. 🌅 The only thing to keep in mind is parking, which can be a bit challenging in Maspalomas and is, of course, completely outside the Tensuites control. Other than that, a wonderful stay and a place I’d happily return to!

Super nice rooms, very comfortable and quite. Staff is super friendly, lovely and helpful. This is the only hotel I would come back to out off all that I’ve been too. Breakfast is tasty, pool is amazing, beach at your door step!

Nothing to say here 10/10 hotel.
