Views. Quiet and charming location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Nice pool. Chrystel did a great job cleaning up after Sahara sand had come down with rain.
If you can live with it not being perfect (see below) you will not be disappointed. The place has a lot of charm.
The pool is listed as heated but I'm pretty sure it was only heated by the sun. There are things that need maintenance. The garden wall (starts to split) and the kitchen comes to mind (cover from the drawer came loose). It can also do with an outside paint job.
The knives are blunt and a functioning bottle opener was missing, so bring your own if you are planning on drinking wine.
I didn't mind the ants but the mosquitos did get us good. We went to a pharmacy to get proper non-sticky anti mosquito spray, and anti itching creme which worked wonders.

We loved the views particularly but the rooms were spacious and the different aspects of the villa enabled you to enjoy a little shade or different views depending on the time of day. The pool was fab and we even played pétanque!
We were missing an air conditioner remote control so one bedroom was uncomfortable at night.
The kitchen wasn’t particularly ergonomic with the fridge in the utility.
The drive is also very awkward and steep so I couldn’t get my vehicle up it as the wheels keep spinning.
Oh, we had a few stubbed toes on the metal shutter catches which stuck out of the floor!

- wunderschönes Haus, toller Ausblick, toller Pool
- gute Küchenausstattung
- gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mit dem Auto)
- 10-15 min zu Fuß zum Strand
- Schöne Märkte in der Nähe
- eine Dusche bzw. Badewanne war kaputt, was im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert wurde (daher nur 2 statt 3 Duschmöglichkeiten)
- ein Zimmer ist ein Durchlaufzimmer (bei 10 Personen oder 5 Pärchen ist das blöd)
- in den unteren Zimmern waren teilweise viele Armeisen und seltsame Würmer
- sehr steile Einfahrt und unten nur 2-3 Schotter Parkplätze am Rand
- wenige Handtücher (könnte man aber waschen)
