Solving problems
Credibility.
After completing reservation, I received a phone call from the hotel management , she told me that the hotel is closed and she offered another resort with the same package. Due to shortage of the time I had to accept her offer.
I was chocked as it's first time to found booking undiscipline😔

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig insbesondere die Bäder, der Strand ist ok aber man braucht Badeschuhe.

The view is nice to relax in, the food was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was overall good.
-The beach is rocky and dangerous for both walking and swimming.
-Dinner does not include drinks and some room lights were not working.
-The hotel is good for couples because there is no children's area or entertainment except a small swimming pool and no water park, and there is no entertainment team there and it needs more activities.

Unfortunately, the beach is not suitable at all for swimming and it is so dangerous as it is rocky and it has a lot of spiny creatures. Moreover, there is no pre-notification from the hotel admin.
The pool is small and the water inside is not adequately filtered and not clear, it means for me that the swimming in the pool is not safe at all.
And there are no activities.
Staff are not highly professional.

The place is so quite and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Samir he provided world-class service and most of restaurant staff were so good.

Animation team is BIG ZERO, literally no activities abd no welcoming attitude.

special thanks to the magician in his work Mr. Abdel Hamid the restaurant manager. No words can describe his supreme work and professionalism in everything . He is very energetic, helpful and more hospitable. He didn’t leave us day by day and always cares about us . Daily asks us about our best meals to be given to us in order to give us all the happiness during our stay .Really he is a rare character in his respect and kindness.
Mr Samir Room division manager as he is a very hospitable person and more super in everything.

The staff was lovely and friendly. They were always looking how to make us more comfortable and happy. The food was lovely and tastier than many hotels I've been to.
The rooms, although very clean, could use an updo and an entertainment show during the week would make the nights more fun.
