Het ruime huis en de rust eromheen.
Ligt een beetje afgelegen waardoor je niet lopend naar een eetgelegenheid gaat.

Very peaceful, relaxing place! Practical layout of the cottage, quite spacey, comfy sofa and beds, very good amount of storage, wifi works well, nice big towels, great (and pretty secure) garden, lovely hot tub and fire pit, with fuel provided. Great area: within easy walking distance of the Antonine Wall, the Rough Castle, and the Falkirk Wheel. Excellent for bringing a dog. Lovely touch: there was a chilled bottle of bubbly, nice chocolates, marshmallows, crisps, coffee and flowers to welcome us - thank you!! We had a great time!
Non-existent instructions on how to use the tv, no scissors, no radio, no big salad bowl; existing pots and pans are of the cheap non-stick variety with lots of scratches. Conservatory / sunroom has a lock but there's no key, so you can't leave anything in there over night. No visitors book or local info. Shower is underpowered and hence lukewarm. No hooks for coats near the door, no hooks for dressing gown or towels in the bathroom; the little towel rack isn't big enough for 2 or more towels. Generally in good nick but some signs of wear and tear, esp. in the bathroom.

Have stayed before, well located to visit multiple locations in central Scotland. Has a small garden for kids to play in and an outdoor seating area and hot tub.
Interior could be doing with a good clean, was a lot of dead flies in property and some areas of the house had not been well cleaned. Is located next to Bonnyside House which is a large party house and can be very noisy if people are staying at it. There is also very limited parking area for the volume of cars if that property is booked out whilst you’re there.
