Spacious villa with huge terraces and a rooftop terrace. Clean and well equipped

Dishwasher was broken and had to unplug as it was wasting water. I was told maintenance would come out. Never did and frankly a new dishwasher was needed. Second bedroom AC was barely working and could not maintain temperature during the day with an outside temp of 85F. Electrical power outage first night due to a switch marked ‘manter desligado’ being on. It means keep switched off. Who switched it on?

Everything we needed. Size and location was perfect

Mattresses were hard, not enough pillows, roof above outdoor seating area needs fixed.

Janelas deixam passar barulho do exterior.

The Villa at self was very cosy. The pool was very nice and clean.

When we booked the Villa, we were not warned about construction works nearby(near our home). The reason for our holiday and the idea of having a villa and not a hotel is to take a break from the noisy city in a quiet place and end up surrounded by even more noise. From 7 am, we were awakened by the noise Of tracks or the thunder of construction materials. We were a family of six people and specifically booked a Villa with three baths, but, unfortunately, if you shower in one bathroom, there is no water in the other one, so there is little use of these bathrooms and very frustrating.
