Location was good.

Mosquitos. That was the main issue , but they were kind enough to change the room and give. But the toilet lock was broken , that should be checked.

Peaceful place and no distance at all, only sound you here from the train behind the property, but it was not bothering at all, otherwise everything was good, also the breakfast I really enjoyed and it was very tasty and big meal, staff is very helpful. I highly recommend for people who comes for pleasure and relaxing.

Nothing is bad in this hotel, if you dont like anything they will change then and there, I dint like towels but the change immediately,

Location is good and price is little bit less

There is no proper parking lot. Staff is no respect to customers. After 3 hours of check in they asked for 2000 lkr for additional hours. They mention that their package is for 4 hours. What kind of package is that. There is no blanket in the room. Staff is trying to open the door after one knock. Cockroaches also there, one was found in the juice glass we remained for drink later.

No water in the bathroom and even no drinking water or coffee / tea arrange in the room.

it was a totally scam i was deceived by a awesome pool photo they have added in their gallery there is no pool also the room has a view of a house lines it ruins the vibe … when i enter it has a smell and bathroom lights were not working they didn’t provided a quilt and it’s hard in the night because of the cold very dissatisfied never book that hotel

Only the breakfast was good.

Alot... No toilet paper. No water bottles No coffee and tea in the room AC was fitted in wrong direction Current was out.. most time we were in room Fan was slightly not working stops and starts One of staff handled indecently.. he was asking for me to pay bill straight away.. even when I paid day before on time.. he asked me to take the kettle upstairs when it's clearly his job Construction work going on.. which made inconvenient getting in and out Locks 🔒 on doors are weak.. it can easily be broken into..
