Excellent location, very close to the beach, shops everywhere was within walking distance

We couldn’t find any fault either the property but I would suggest leaving some salt & pepper for clients just handy if cooking breakfast/lunch

Location: 230 m from La Croisette and the beach, pretty much next to hotel Martinez, close to Antibes shopping street, bakery, convenience stores, restaurants. If you come by car the free parking zone is 600 m away. The apartment has a very convenient layout and is well equipped. Large balcony all along the apartment. You can have your meals outside overlooking the hotel pool (only the pigeons are annoying). Quiet area. Very comfortable bed. Great anti sun / heat accessories (blinders, awning, air conditioning).

Two automatic outdoor blinds require to be changed / fixed as rust got a hold of them. The balcony flooring has a rough structure making it impossible to clean with the mop provided and it would be nice to go out with no shoes on (pigeons make a mess, the sirocco brought dust over).

Patogi lokacija, prie pat jūros ir pagrindės gatvės, didelė parduotuvė apie 5min nuo apartamentų. Apartamentai jaukūs, tvarkingi, juose buvo viskas ko reikia.
