깨끗한 시설 친절한 직원. 잔반적으로 좋았습니다.
위치가 좀 내륙인 점. 조식뷔페 메뉴가 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

에코랜드 처음 생겼을 때부터 매년 한두번씩 가는데, 여전히 청결하고 단정하게 유지하는 점이 가장 맘에 듭니다. 프론트직원은 계획적이고 친절한 분도 계시고, 이번처럼 아무생각없이(부부여행으로 3시에 체크인했는데 1층에 배정, 아이들 뛰는소리 층간소음으로 인해 힘듦.) 방배정하는 경우도 있으나 대체로 요구사항을 잘 들어주는 편입니다. 방컨디션은 언제나 깨끗하고 정갈합니다. 조식, 석식은 주말에 가야 가짓수도 많고 맛이 좋은 편이고, 수영장은 매번 따뜻했으나 이번엔 저녁에도 미온수가 차가워 다들 추워서 못 놀고 들어가는 경우는 처음이었습니다. 숙박시 에코랜드를 반값에 이용가능하고 매번 곶자왈 풍경을 보기 위해 기차를 이용하는데 늘 재밌습니다. 오리배나 스카이라이더도 매번 재밌게 탑니다. 에코랜드 대표음악도 생겼고, 외국인 댄서와 차력쇼같은 볼거리도 늘었슺니다. 꽃밭은 풍성해졌고 늘 발전하고 있는 에코랜드는 제주도에서 가장 좋아하는 장소입니다.
놀이시설 구명조끼의 곰팡이+노후로 인해 냄새가 심하고 옷에 주황색이 뭍어남. 교체필요.

청소상태 진짜 깨끗하고 좋았어요! 기념일방문이라 업그레이드해주셔서 가든뷰 분위기 최고였어요!!! 수영장 이용까지 넘 좋았습니다! ㅎㅎ
편의점이용 밤 10시까지니까 필요한 건 미리미리 사둬야될 것 같아요!

1. There are so few hotel staff that there is no one to help carry the luggage
2.The walls of the hotel are designed to scratch the skin easily.
3.The smell of the elevator is very strong, and the smell of decoration has not gone away.
4.When I strolled around on the first day of my stay, I met the hotel staff who suddenly rushed out and asked if we were residents. The attitude was not friendly.
