Hotel Lucia

Really friendly staff. Spotlessly clean, lovely bright spacious bedroom. Views were amazing from the balcony - could see Mount Versuvius and the Bay of Naples and at night it looked amazing. Great choice of fresh food at breakfast. Access to the hotel was up a steep hill and was accessible by car but not a minibus. Plenty of parking spaces in the hotel carpark. We didn't have a hire car , so walked down to the train station each morning - it took about 35 mins. Coming back we got a local taxi - recommended by the hotel. Don't get a taxi from the station- they rip you off.Get the taxi firms number from the hotel before you arrive - we only booked last minute so couldn't do this. Fantastic value for money, great location for visiting Pompaii, Sorrento and Naples on the local train which runs every half hour.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were so pleased that we returned for a second visit this autumn. The staff were welcoming, and everything made us feel comfortable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very helpful and friendly staff who went the extra mile to meet and exceed our expectations within and without the hotel. Our local travel and excursions were assisted and guided by their advice and networking. Outstanding views of the Bay of Naples.

Access is easiest by car or taxi through tight and steep roads. Nearest town is about 25 mins walk downhill.
