A new and amazing property that is very well maintained and impeccably kept. The facilities are definitely worth mentioning, especially the cleanliness, well-maintained amenities, and comfortable beds. The room temperature was perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were kind, courteous, and welcoming and attended our requests promptly, which made the overall experience even better. the Bathroom was a highlight, well stocked and well designed one. Overall, a very pleasant stay at a beautiful and well-managed property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service in Incheon.

The location is quite far from the nearest metro station, so we had to rely on Uber. The neighborhood itself wasn’t particularly great, although that is, of course, not the hotel’s fault. One thing that came as a surprise was that the caution deposit could only be paid in cash. We weren’t prepared with cash, so it would be helpful if the hotel could offer the option to pre-authorize a card instead. It would also be useful to clearly mention this requirement in the property description, if it isn’t already stated.

The location in the northern part of Incheon. Authentic neighborhood, tons of restaurants. Relatively accessible with 2 metro stations 15 minutes walk away. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious with comfortable bed.

The cleanliness of the rooftop which is only an outdoor smoking area. The noisy air conditioning with very little controls.

Location to family was good, room excellent.

Advertised as having a balcony but was not. Could not sit and the view was as the backside of a poor building. Pipes and cables!
