Yannis is a great host to start with, very attentive and present - we can highly recommend.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very well located; one is two steps away from the bus and tram station that will take you downtown, to Piraeus or to explore Glyfada. There are several beaches right in front.
It is well equipped, and upon arrival it was prepared with ice cubes, water, juice and some food items.
The perfect place to stay at if you prefer not to stay in the center of Athens. True, there is traffic in front of the building, but it is absolutely bearable. Athens is a metropolis after all.

Friendly host. Nice sea view. Good furniture. Useful items and amenities that the guests could use.
Too noisy. I have not experienced such a noisy place before. Forget about sleeping there comfortably without earplugs. This may sound like a minor inconvenience, but trying to rest in an apartment this loud, mainly because of the traffic from the main road outside, is truly difficult.
