Very nice location, next to Santa Maria Maggiore and Largo Brancaccio. Suitable for Termini station, Colosseo, many shops and cafés around. Lorenzo stayed in touch all the time, and was ready to help with anything. Thank you ever so much!
It's more like a recommendation but a coffee machine and an ironing board would be good to have. If you wish, of course.

the location is perfect for tourists, I was able to walk everywhere by foot. Nearby there are a lot of cozy and affordable restaurants to go for dinner or breakfast. It was nice to have some coffee at home and enjoy it before going outside
all good, however may be some small cozy things at home could strengthen home like feelings rather than rented flat

Lorenzo and Daniela were the best hosts that I've ever had via Booking.com! In advance, they sent me detailed info on self-check in and amazing recommendations for breakfast / dinner / drinks. They were incredibly responsive before and during my stay. The apartment is perfect. 12 min walk from Termini; surrounded by great eating options; and well placed to explore Rome. Lovely modern kitchen. Clean bathroom with plenty of hot water for the shower. Super comfortable bed with excellent storage in the bedroom.
It's difficult to improve upon perfection! I had a small issue with the washing machine. I brought it to their attention and within the hour they resolved it.
