We had a lovely time at this property. The house is very close to everything and was a nice walk to shops and restaurants. Not having a yard for the dogs was no problem at all because the neighborhood has tons of grass and so does the school just a block away. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need.

The home was as described. Four older adults, 60-82. Being new to VRBO, did not realize that 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and queen bed meant queen bunk beds. Otherwise very nice stay.

Off main street to avoid road noise but close enough to walk to shopping, dining, hot springs and amusement park. Couldn't have a better location. Comfortable home with everything you need.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Extremely dirty. Carpets super stained. There were sticky traps in kitchen with disgusting bugs in them, but were probably for mice. The back room smelled like old animal urine which was attempted to get covered up by old deodorizers. The house was 87 degrees when we arrived. There was a tiny portable ac unit but was too small to do anything and it couldnt be relocated from dining room. The pee smell got worse the hotter it got. We opened the windows at night but the house is on the same property as two smaller units that share a backyard. The smaller units smoked marijuana so the smell came right in the windows and had to close them and suffer with the heat. The shared backyard also had two dogs belonging to the other units that barked directly under our window and kept everyone up. The walls were all scuffed up. We left early and were only refunded a cleaning fee. The place wasnt clean when we got there. The house’s foundation is failing so the entire flooring is on a slant. We contacted VRBO and they reached out to the owner and the owner hung up on the VRBO rep.

I stayed several days for a work trip and the house was fine. It is older, a little musty, has a shared back yard, but was very close to town, clean, had everything I needed. Based on other VRBO properties we stayed in this was not a five star property but it sufficed for my needs.

We stayed in Glenwood Springs for spring break. The property was a perfect place to stay!

Perfect location just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown. Ample parking and flawless check-in. Had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Would definitely book for our next stay if available.

Location, Location, Location.....
Wonderful home that is a short walk to all that downtown Glenwood Springs has to offer. The house is well kept & clean. Made our stay in GS super easy. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location!!
My family and I enjoyed walking around Glenwood Springs and the location and amenities were perfect! Bryn was super helpful when my daughter left her iPad. Can’t wait to stay here again when we are in the area.

Cute home, well stocked, and great location (the home is within walking distance to downtown, the hot springs, and the spa). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The “ pet friendly” was a little misleading as the listing showed a fenced in yard but short term renters do not have access. However, nice trails and parks close by make up for it. Overall great stay.

We had a great time in glenwood springs and you can’t beat the house location. We literally walked everywhere…the park, coffee run, grocery store, hot springs, restaurants.
