This place was wonderful and so close to everything we wanted. The home was fully stocked, very clean and the property owner was very communicative and helpful. None of us had ever been to South Haven, MI and I have to say that we all fell in love with this Hallmark looking town. Come stay! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was a perfect setup for my wife and I, our 1 year old daughter and two dogs (fenced in yard with a tall privacy fence). The Host is very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great 5 night stay. 4 adults and 3 kids. Property was spotless and well equipped. Kids enjoyed playing bags in the back yard, and fussball and ping pong in the basement.
5 minute walk to the beach was easy. Kids loved jumping in the waves on the warm summer days and the surrounding area had plenty to do.

Our family of grandparents, parents, and an almost 2-year-old enjoyed several days at this property in South Haven. The location was a quiet neighborhood, close to a small, public beach and the main street that takes you into downtown South Haven. We enjoyed the fenced in back yard for our two pups and the hot tub for the guys at night. The appliances were quality and the furnishings were comfortably appropriate for a vacation spot. We did run into a couple of unavoidable issues, and that's when you know how well your property manager gets things done. Well Delania proved her ability to address our needs and followed up to make sure things were good. Communication throughout the process was wonderful. All in all, it was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy being together.

Amazing getaway in Southaven!
Pros:
- Extremely clean property
- The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs
- Quiet area
- Solid amount of parking
- Instructions easily available for checkout
- Good amount of towels available (and good quality towels, too!)
- Plenty of trash bags/cleaning supplies if needed
- Beach access very close
- Hot tub very clean
I honestly can't think of any cons. I guess a semi-con was being slightly too far to walk to downtown, but that didn't bother us, and we knew going into our stay that we'd likely be driving to town.
Also, if traveling with a larger group, it seemed like the house had thin-ish walls so that could be an issue if you're trying to sleep and others in the house are awake. But I really can't confirm that, just a suspicion.

We loved staying at this home!! Our dog enjoyed running free in the fenced-in back yard. It was peaceful and cozy and close to town. We had everything we needed and would definitely come back!! Thank you Delania!!!

We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere for our family getaway. The house is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Even though it was cooler weather in March, we still walked to the beach a couple of times to enjoy the view and search for rocks and beach glass. You could see the lighthouse in the distance. The hot tub was great and the privacy fenced yard kept our dogs happy. It’s a short drive to downtown South Haven for more fun. Delania was a great host, checking in to see if we had questions and responding quickly. We had a wonderful time of R&R.

Very clean, comfortable home! Pet friendly a plus with a nice fenced yard. Kitchen well equipped with spices and other essentials. Hot tub really nice on cold nights.

Perfect location! Walk down the street to Lake Michigan beach access and just a 5 minute drive to town. The house was big enough if you needed some alone time but also so cozy when we were all hanging out together. We played games and had Thanksgiving dinner at the great dining table and we sat, relaxed and all watched movies together in the living room in front of the fire. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful & in a great location. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our Morkie. Delania is a wonderful host & great communicator. Highly recommend the property.

This house was perfect for our couples getaway! The house was very clean, decor was updated and tasteful, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in back yard with hammocks and swings around the firepit as well as the hot tub. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was a short drive downtown and to the beach. We had one rainy day during our stay but the large couch was a comfortable place to watch a movie and the ping pong table and fooseball table in the basement were so much fun! Delania was wonderful; she was very pleasant and easy to reach at all times before, during and after our trip. My husband and I have already discussed how much fun it would be to plan another trip back and bring our kids with us!

Overall, GREAT location—quiet and providing quick access to anything we needed or activities we wanted to do (kayaking and hiking). We visited the Meijer store a mere 7 minutes away to pick up cooking supplies and a few household items for our three-day stay (spices, oil, charcuterie, wine, extra paper towels, etc.).
As a family of four with two pups in tow, we found there to be ample space with a great layout. We utilized the home space fully, especially the dining room table (games) and the deck (morning coffee). The backyard was good for the pups—a bit wet but nothing paper towels couldn’t take care of.
Delania was both empathic and responsive to our inquiries! For those traveling with pups, be sure to check the gate; we did have some folks stop by unexpectedly to mow the yard (it was a surprise to both for us and for our host!).
Definitely a repeat!

Beautiful house tucked away onto an end street, very close to a row of beaches. Kids enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the unfinished basement area. We did not take advantage of the hot tub or the backyard but it's a nice set up with a fire pit and comfortable seating. there were 5 brand new bikes perfect for riding with a variety of sizes for adults and older kids as well as beach chairs and body boards. Our host was kind and responded quickly to communication via text messages. Would definitely stay there again!

Three generations stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time there. My daughter appreciated the baby amenities: high chair, baby bathtub, toys, We did not use the pack and play because they had brought their own which was totally not necessary since one was available. We all enjoyed the private fenced-in backyard and all the chairs available for use in the backyard and at the beach, including the beach umbrella. Great location and responsive host. Super vacation!

The home was exactly as described, check in was simple, and the owner communicated often. A small section of public beach was within walking distance and a variety of beach supplies were provided which was great. We really appreciated finding a home that was great for the family, including a toddler and a couple of small dogs.

Girl weekend getaway
It was a nice experience to go to a clean, secluded, spacious property. This home was close to the beach and had all of the accessories for enjoying outside activities. We will definitely be back.

Great House
We stayed here for a long weekend (3 couples and a toddler). The house was just as pictured - very clean and well-stocked. It's a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed the very private, fenced-in backyard, especially the hot tub and hammocks! Delainia is very quick to respond and great to work with. Overall, it was a great get-away!
