everything was very clean & the checking in process was satisfactory! The neighborhood was very quiet! It was just a short walk to the beach! Would definately stay there again!

This was good for a house with dogs at the beach, nice but not so nice that a dog in the building was worrying. Simple and nothing fancy but it was quite clean with most things one needs. The kitchen and laundry are newish, there are at least 4 TVs and even a wine fridge. Pay attention to the bring list they send because almost nothing besides hardware is included and they are clear about this. In addition to their list I would bring extra towels and or bath mats, pillow cases since there are more pillows than cases, and power strips because the electrical plugs are kind of out of date, a bit loose and often in awkward locations. We had some problems like a malfunctioning door lock but the office was quick to respond and efficient. I prefer the no contact check in and out because of its efficiency. Open the door when you get their, shut it when you leave. This house wasn’t very homey or charming, more corporate, but it was also not as expensive as many nearby properties. The beach is a straight shot, maybe 1/4 mile and it’s a very nice beach, lots of waves. the yard isn’t fenced for the dogs but if your dog isn’t a runner or aggressive the trees make a natural fence and it’s pretty private, making the first quick out in the morning easy. They are clear about their expectations about dogs and as I want dog friendly properties I hope all guests with dogs will more than follow them. Dogs are allowed on the beach all day after September 15 and the beaches aren’t crowded at all then. My Border collies loved it and pulled to the beach when walking in that direction. This house isn’t perfect but if you know who you are you might find it perfectly adequate. It was the right kind of place for us.

The house is nice, clean. and comfortable. The extras were great, i.e. the beach cruisers and BMX bikes for the kids. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for TWO bathrooms and no paper towels. This would seem trivial, but should have been expected. Some of our family thought there would be shampoo and soap, but to no avail. And we did not find the ONE trash bag until we were leaving. The traffic on this road leading to the next small, but lovely, town was excessive. We did go on a holiday weekend, so that must be taken into account. Overall a decent experience, but could have been better, especially for the cost.
