Had a wonderful time at this lovely home essentially right on the beach. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Highly recommend

Nayomi is great to work with! Very responsive to any issues that arise. This was the first time staying on Crystal Beach and the first time we have splurged on a front row property. Well worth it! Being able to view the ocean from every room in the house was amazing. Loved the deck! Spent a lot of time out there! Some things to keep in mind: Crystal Beach is very popular and the house is right next to a public access road. Trucks, dune buggies, motor bikes cruising up and down the beach were a constant presence. However, because the beach is so broad it didn't feel crowded, or as if anyone was intruding in our space. Also the wind and waves provide their own level of noise, so there were only occasional traffic sounds and the accompanying vehicle music. Essentially, just know that there is an informal roadway between the house and the water. Also, fireworks were shot off nearly every night. This wasn't a problem for our crowd, but those who are looking for a quiet beach might want to keep that in mind. Also, the kitchen is fully functional as advertised, but not fully stocked. Different vacation homes provide different levels of "staples," so while there are some items left from previous guests, you should be prepared to bring anything you'll want to use. The house is very stylishly decorated and has modern furniture and fixtures. Beds VERY comfortable. Would love to stay again.

The property location was great. Unfortunately the home needs updated with paint. The bathrooms are in need of remodeling and so does the kitchen. There was a light socket that had black powder around it as in electrical problems The furniture was stained inside and out.

Place was great and super close to the beach. Loved every minute we were there.

Had a very nice stay. Very easy to book and everything was clean. Bottom room stayed very hot at night. Not sure if there were 2 different places to adjust temperature. We went and bought a little fan to sleep with at night. Other than that it was super convenient for the beach and taken care of.

This property was just what we needed, a wonderful place to stay for a week with family! The property manager Nayomi was wonderful! We had a bad storm and lost power for a bit and she was on top of giving us updates and making sure we were comfortable. The property sitting by itself right on the beach was quite and peaceful! We look forward to our next time here.

We had the best time staying here! The location was perfect, the house is on a block alone so no noisy neighbors, and literally just across the dune from the beach. My only suggestion would be to put high chairs on the top balcony for a better view! The railing blocks the best view, but really that's such a first world problem! 😂 The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone and everything!

This beach house was exactly what I wanted. Simple, clean and literally right on beach

I can’t begin to tell how wonderful the stay here was. The house was clean, cozy and a great view to the beach. My only regret is I didn’t stay long

Enjoyed the beach and hanging with friends

This place is right on the water. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch our kids fish and play on the beach. The home was very well stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need. You can tell the owners went above and beyond to think of everything in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. Naomi was very sweet and helpful with great communication. We hope to come back again very soon. This was one of the best vacations we have ever booked.

This property is front and center oceanfront with direct beach access just steps away. With cooperative weather, you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Collectively, the residents of Crystal Beach that we encountered were super friendly, helpful and personable. The community Mardi Gras celebration was very enjoyable. Yes, as others have mentioned, the layout of the home is a little wonky but the owner has plans to make some changes which will improve the flow. Thanks Nayomi for your hospitality.

Even though we rented this property for 5 nights, we weren't even there 20 hours. Long story short, the first 6 hours after we arrived, the entire island lost power. My husband is a disabled veteran and requires oxygen with a concentrator to breathe and a bi-pap machine to sleep. This presented a big problem because although we brought a few oxygen tanks, our waiting time for power was limited. Additionally, the house temperature was 50 degrees which required us to sit in our truck to warm up through the night. When my husband ran out of oxygen tanks and the power wasn't scheduled to be restored, Mr. "Host" suggested on the speaker phone with my husband & I that we needed to leave. He said he would refund our money because our experience was such a nightmare. As far as the house, we weren't there long but noticed it wasn't professionally cleaned. Initially, we saw the sheets had hair/dirt which required them to be washed but then realized the dryer didn't work. I contacted Mrs. "Host" but she was in another country and stated that she had just hired a new cleaning lady. In summary, we took him at his word but we NEVER DID GET OUR MONEY BACK. She offered to rebook for the 4 missed nights but required us to pay for basically another stay even though she picked it outside of primetime. WOW! We suggest travel insurance because you never know.

Had a great stay on the beach! Beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach with our pups.

This property sleeps A LOT of people. But there is no furniture and very little space to hang out and be social with your party. The furniture is sparse and uncomfortable. We assemble two miniature lounge chairs (one from a bedroom, and one randomly near a door) with a stained flat cushion suspended on a metal frame with a round upholstered cushion for a couch back in order to create a place we could all sit at one time. There were only 4 in our party. The floor plan and decor are sterile and just unsettlingly nonsensical. The bathroom fixtures take some figuring out. Good luck. There are places where there is mold on the walls (bathrooms). The house is not good if you’re going on vacation to socialize; there’s literally NO PLACE BIG ENOUGH HERE TO SOCIALIZE together. At. All. The wi-if did not work, so we couldn’t stream anything. But you are close to the beach.

I couldn't be more happy with this experience! 20 year college reunion went perfectly, thanks to this house's location and amenities. Used the great smoker for smoked ribs and enjoyed the perfect weather on Crystal Beach! Being able to walk in 10 seconds to the beach. Naps on the top porch and bocce ball on the beach. Couldn't be happier about this place. Will book again for 21st reunion!

It was an awesome stay! Right on the beach. We rented a golf cart and went everywhere shelling. Downside is no living room!

The views at this property are amazing. Sunsets and sunrises were just beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. A few negatives-Check in was late and the cleanliness had to be addressed with the owner who immediately responded offering to send the housekeeper back out. There is very little living space. The kitchen table is metal outdoor furniture and not comfortable to sit at. It is definitely missing a homey beach vibe. Very modern decor.

Everything was perfect. Location was directly on the beach as described the cleanliness was superb will reschedule this exact beach house next year.

We just steps from the beach

As real estate pros we know this adage is true, especially for this property. You can't beat the front row instant beach access and unobstructed views or the decks to enjoy them. Several bedrooms share the same view as does the kitchen and dining area. Just know there is very little open living space if you have a larger group. Also know there's a beach access road close by that creates some light traffic, especially on weekends and can lead to parked vehicles in or near your stretch of the beach. Two bonus items were the big grocery/all-purpose store just across the main road and the donut shop just a minute down the road! This home offers a rare beach stay. We enjoyed it and recommend it!

The property was very nice. The only problem was we couldn’t figure out where the lift was.

This is the perfect house to celebrate the special moments of your life. It is right on the beach, w beautiful views from your balcony, you can see dolphins late evenings, take walks at night, build bonfires, and just relax to the sounds of the waves. PERFECT!! Will definitely rent this house again. LOVED IT!!

We were so happy with the house! The views are incredible! The lift was a godsend as we brought plenty of stuff. The house was well stocked and very clean. The rain showers are a wonderful touch. We enjoyed our beach walks and hanging on the top deck just watching the surf. It really was a magical stay and we can’t wait to return. Communication with Naomi was great and we had no problems, property was described perfectly.

We had a delightful week in Crystal Beach soaking up our last slice of summer before school starts on the 29th. We celebrated Jacob’s birthday, enjoyed some gorgeous storms as much as we enjoyed the sunshine, soaked up precious Eleanor time (how is she so big already!?) and ate and laughed ourselves silly. We were supposed to also be celebrating my moms birthday and my parents 40th anniversary but my poor parents got Covid and could not come so it was bittersweet and we definitely missed them so hard. Looking forward to re-enacting the whole trip as soon as you’re well mom and dad. ❤️☀️

The only feature about this property is the location. There is no leaving room area. Check in was 45 minutes late.
