Value for money, hotel is very near city center. There are a lot of restaurant nearby. Staff are very kind
Room is a little small

There was a very friendly family, especially the head of the family. It was easy to communicate with them on Zalo. The great terrace.
The strange situation was with my booking followed by downgrading to another room with a neglectable discount. The provided picture of this room was one, however, the real room was worse. Absolute lack of soundproofing of windows. All the noises from upstairs neighbours were clearly heard including private noises from their bathrooms.

"I arrived after midnight and booked so late and they were so kind to arrange the keys for me (but make sure you call them after booking)"
