Largest and cleanest house we've stayed at in Lubbock. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. Plenty of room for all 5 of us (and then some). The washer and dryer are very loud and the washer buzzer almost gave us all a heart attack everytime it went off, but it was a very nice to have! It was a very cold weekend and the front door let in a lot of cold air, we used towels to block out the cold air because turning the thermostat up made the master bedroom very warm but the secondary bedrooms stayed cool. These are very minor things but wanted you to know! Our front door code wasn't working when we arrived, but I had already received an email with a number to text if there were any issues, and they responded right away with another code that worked. Then later in the week, they also followed up to make sure it was working well. My daughter came to visit us and also commented on how nice the house is. My husband and boys enjoyed tossing a football in the backyard on the nicely manicured lawn. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This property is perfect! It is such a neat and clean property! We went for a weekend to visit my Red Raider freshman and attend a Tech game and it was perfect for the occasion! It gave us room to spread out and visit and not have to be cramped into a hotel room. Check in was easy and our stay was perfect!

This is a beautiful, cozy home close to campus. It was clean and the beds are soooo comfortable! The communication with the property managers was great. We hope to stay again!

Jan’s home is Parade of Homes caliber with high end modern farmhouse decor and details; no skimping here. This is a beautifully updated home. The owners provide everything you need for a great experience. Safe neighborhood and established red oak trees enhance the property. You will not be disappointed booking this lovely home. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and new.

Our stay in this home was very enjoyable and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of windows throughout the home for plenty of natural light. The family room is spacious and cozy. The backyard lawn is maintained well and there is two large mature trees that provide plenty of shade as well as the covered patio. We were in town for my niece's graduation and will definitely stay here again if available for my other niece's graduation. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed at this property for a few nights and it was absolutely perfect. Great location in a mature neighborhood with lots of trees and shade for some patio time. We didn't have any issues, but the owner and property managers were available if needed. It is so comforting just knowing that if there is an issue, it will be quickly addressed. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!
