Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property, but all agreed we would not likely stay there again. After a couple days we started to do some laundry and discovered the washing machine didn't work. We notified the managers and they took care of it right away, so five stars to Juan and Nathalia. They were very polite and helpful.
The furniture in the house was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean as well. The AC worked as it should, so no issues with comfort in the house. There is some issues with the flooring, it's bowed up in places and several areas of the vinyl flooring are cracking and breaking. This wasn't a huge deal for us though.
Our biggest issue was the number of cats in the area and on the property. We are not cat lovers but understand the benefits of having two or three around to help control pests. The problem was there are 6-8 (or more). They were all over the patio furniture when we weren't out there, so cat hairs an issue. They fought a lot and at least one female was in heat so yeah they were breeding too. They were always on my car and after we got home and I cleaned my car up I noticed several scratches on the hood and trunk lid.

Needed a comfortable place for my family to visit extended family. Home was perfect and comfortable for all of us to gather and cook and enjoy time together.
