This location was everything it was advertised to be! It was just what we were looking for and we hope to come back again. The pool was gorgeous with an unbelievable view! The home was very well appointed with everything you could need and more and the kitchen was so great to work in that I’m sorry we went out to eat one night. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Everything was impeccably designed. We had some issues with the alarms and the communication with the property manager faltered towards the end of our stay. Still, I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

A few issues presented themselves over a lengthy stay, ranging from small (not enough supplies of things like toilet paper, no cabinets available for food storage in the kitchen, incorrect or confusingly-written property instructions, etc.) to bigger things like a malfunctioning alarm system that woke us multiple times and some concerns over pests. Though the actual property manager for the property was friendly/understanding, reaching him was nearly impossible and the management company in general was inconsistent, often slow to respond, and very frustrating to deal with, particularly when paying top dollar for a premium property. That knocks the overall stay review from five stars to four, though specific aspects rate higher.

A very well-appointed and -maintained home and pool/spa on a hill overlooking vineyards and forests. The home is very comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you would seek to cook and grill, soak up the outdoors, and relax. We visited in July, during high heat, so the pool was a central spot. Great area to hike and bike. Enjoyed seeing variety of wildlife—humming birds, deer, wild turkeys, coyotes, song birds and birds of prey, little lizards—as well as farm animals of nearby neighbors. Lots of lovely lavender scented the air each day. Photos and e-tour of home are accurate representations of property. Pool area and grounds are beautifully lit at night! Sleeps 6 comfortably (beds are very comfortable).

Beautiful property with abundant wildlife. Very well maintained with many amenities. Could have had more Nespresso pods. Be prepared for a 20 to 40 minute drive to any of the major wine vineyards and restaurants.

This house is wonderful and the location stunningly beautiful. The house has everything, lots of sitting locations, scenery, perfect and warm pool, comfortable beds and lots of hang out spaces. However, we would,not repeat it. We are used to a more cordial interaction with managers/ hosts when we stay places. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The manager was supposed to come over the next day and after several exchanges they couldn’t make it and the alarm not fixed. There was no notice that the pool guy was coming over and that proved intrusive. The check in and check out times are totally inflexible, I don’t think we have ever had a 10 am check out which is too earlier and between the late check in and early check out cut into the experience. While we love the place we would not use this property rental again. Too many fees and issues.

When it came time to leave, I was ready to stay another week! Support was responsive and local staff in the area were around if needed. The picture certainly don’t do the house justice in terms of how perfect it was. For future visit this will be the only house we will stay at unless it’s already booked. This property doesn’t disappoint and will make the perfect location for any trip. I’ll also say turnkey was amazing and will do business with them in the future.
