It was perfect for our needs. Roomy, comfortable, had games for us to play and a great firepit which we throughly enjoyed while sitting under the stars. It was nice being out in the country next to the water, yet close enough to do some shopping and eat out. We would definitely stay here agsin.

Overall, the house was spacious and clean. Our only complaint would be the "musty, damp" odor throughout. We had to leave windows open on cool days, to air the place out. Beautiful property with beautiful views of the bay.

Lovely setting on the bay. The interior is lacking. Few screens on windows and must have to open due to swarms of bugs. Windows and screens were dirty, in bad shape. Patio screen was ripped so we repaired with tape so could use it. House smelled musty, washer was dirty. Furnishing are used. Premium price for just an okay house.
