Perfect spot! My family and I had an amazing time! The bedrooms were big and comfy, the pool was a great size and our 4 kids loved it! Easy walk to the beach!!

The house was clean and what we expected. Great pool area and the house is close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, we had a great relaxing week

This house is in a great location, its big and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great, we loved the hammocks. Our family ages between 2-65 all enjoyed it very much! Communication was so fast theyd get back to me within a hour usually. They were having issues with the elevator which we didnt mind, they did send someone out quickly but if you need it, id message them to make sure its working first. The back by pool was so sandy, which we get its by the beach and has a shower to rinse off after but from prior people it must of got built up. The blenders and keurig werent working and 1 dryer stopped working while we were there but i did message them to let them know, they had a coffee pot at least and 1 other dryer. but our pina coladas turned into iced drinks instead and it took longer for the 11 of us to do our laundry. We got locked out while we were out but they came within a hour to let us in. The lock is battery operated so it died. But that could be easily fixable by them changing the batterys after each guest. Overall it was a great house with lots of room, comfortable beds- noisy- but comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and big table for everyone to eat together. Beaches you can walk too and grocery stores and food spots super close. We would love to come back!

Thank you for the refund. That’s only about 5% for our inconvenience, however. We were prepared to love the property, but are so disappointed by the many maintenance issues and the complete loss of the kitchen refrigerator. The lack of attention to regular inspections and prompt repairs is inexcusable for a property advertising high-end comforts and amenities. The fact that the gas fire pit blew glass rocks out, failed to ignite and had gas fumes leaking could have resulted in injury and a very dangerous situation. While we do appreciate the prompt responses to our messages, the fact that the requested repairs were not made during our stay was very disappointing and potentially unsafe. To recap: Broken refrigerator, unable to use. Broken disposal, repaired. Broken dryer control panel, not repaired. Gas leak in the fire pit, would not light after rainfall. It should be covered and a gas turn-off key made available. Unable to use. The starter on the gas grill doesn’t work, had to be lit manually. In addition: The jets on the hot tub stopped working yesterday. The ant traps in the kitchen are not effective. Ants got into our food. We could hear a noisy outside pump which we assume also needs repair. We learned from a repair technician that the property recently had a lightning strike, and quite possibly that caused some of these issues. While we enjoyed the amenities that did function, we are unable to give Endless Summer a favorable review on VRBO.
