The outside appearance of the home is very warm and inviting. A paver driveway provides great room to park cars. Upon entering an open concept of family living greets you. A full size washer and dryer are provided to help keep laundry and beach towels under control. The kitchen provides plenty of cooking and eating utensils as well as many condiments to aide in preparing your food. The beds are so comfortable that a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The ocean is one block away, with beach landing and stairway for easy access. The screened in porch out back is great for playing cards or games and the large back yard allow children room to burn some extra energy. A large firepit is also offered for family fun. This beautiful house made our stay stress free.

This house is a very short walk to the beach. We didn't time it, but 2 minute walk at most. The room with 3 beds, 2 of them doubles, was perfect. We were traveling with 3 teens and they each had their own bed. Loved having a laundry area. The house was very clean. We didn't have time to use the screened in back pario and backyard grilling area, but they looked nice.

Easy peasy to the beach. Food close by - Raw juice cafe, Oceanside Grill, Beachside Gyros. Beds were great.

The house was so clean, well stocked and comfortable. Location was perfect to spend time playing and surfing at the beach. We would highly recommend this house.

1/2 Block off the beach
We enjoyed our stay. Recently updated home, not complete remodel but newer updates. 1/2 block off the beach which was good.

This quaint property right off of A1A is a little diamond in the rough. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but it is surprisingly roomy inside. Nice remodel as well as bedding that not only worked well for our group but was also comfy. We were not there for the beach but it had great access being so close to a access point. Would definitely recommend and look forward to another stay here in the future.

The home was nicely updated and very comfortable. I love how close to the beach we were; just a short walk and we were there. Also, loved how close we were to restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sea-esta.

We had a blast staying here. It was a great spot, close to the beach, and overall perfect for our family getaway.

Perfect for our needs. Updated, tidy and well decorated for ambiance. Awesome to have TVs in all the rooms when we were all ready for down time and wanted to watch different things.

Ideal distance from the beach. Close enough that we could walk over whenever we wanted but NOT so close that I worried about my small children getting out and making it to the water before i knew it.
The MOST COMFORTABLE BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN!
Slightly small bathrooms but totally fine if you don't have accessibility needs.

Beds super comfortable, neighborhood seemed like a old retired area but the neighbors I met were friendly and there were board games for the kids, which made for awesome family night

Love this house!
This house was impeccably appointed to accommodate a larger family and has the most thoughtful extras like multiple charging stations...about any kind of kitchen gadget you could want. Great beach decor! Walkable to restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Weather was horrible the entire weekend but we had a great time at the house!
