Luxurious & staff could not be more helpful.
Nothing, everything was perfect

Very modern and well thought out design. Though it wasn’t new, there’s evidence of excellent maintenance work. The staff are very warm and friendly, very helpful with information about our stay.

Everything was great, the staff, the pool, the room was also very clean and comfy
I cant say anything

The staff was amazingly nice, always with a smile and very kind. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, lighted, and very comfortable. It was also extremely quiet although the street was very much alive. We didn't even hear the neighbors!
The bed was comfortable, so were the bathrooms and the kitchen.
All felt very safe and very close to the Champs Elysees.
There are many restaurants around the hotel.
So much more comfortable than staying in a tiny room in a regular hotel. Especially for a family but also for couples.
Nothing. The elevator didn't work on the last 2 days due to some kind of fault, but we managed and it happens.
