We stayed as a group of 10 and appreciated having almost an entire floor to ourselves, which provided both privacy and convenience. The apartments are modern in design and located in a nice area of Glyfada. We also liked the building’s security features, including the ability to restrict elevator access, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Overall, the property worked well for a large group and offered a comfortable base for our trip.

The apartments appeared older and more worn than shown in the photos, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. The terrace was particularly disappointing, as it was dusty and not well maintained. The outdoor setup did not match the listing, with very limited furniture and no sun-shading pergola as advertised. For a property accommodating up to 10 guests, the kitchen equipment was insufficient, with too few glasses, plates, and cutlery. Communication was also confusing, as different people handled the booking, check-in, and guest support. Clearer arrangements for waste disposal would have been helpful during a multi-day stay with a large group. The biggest issue was the security deposit refund, which took nearly three weeks and several follow-ups to be returned. This created unnecessary stress and left a negative final impression.

The outdoor balcony was a perfect spot for us to all gather and have a coffee or have dinner together. The apartment was very clean and convenient for our large party and the location was close to everything we needed. The bath products were very nice and the complimentary drinks and chocolate were very helpful after arriving after a 10 hour flight. Spyros was a fantastic host, he gave us recommendations to various spots, he was always available via WhatsApp and was super friendly and attentive. Thank you Spyros.

We had to ask for certain items and I feel when we arrived, our apartment was not sufficiently stocked with toilet paper, bath towels or beach towels. They brought us a large supply of bath towels on the 4th day, but it would have been appreciated if they were brought sooner.

Our contact was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean.

There really wasn't any place to hang towels that could be reused. And there was no place to put toiletries in the master bath. We could have used another set of keys, but it all worked out.
