Great stay away from the craziness downtown. That was exactly what we were looking for. It is about a 35 minute walk to downtown, or 20 minute Uber drive. Germantown offers some cafes and bars for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The condo was great regarding cleanliness and comfort. I gave an overall 4-star because you could hear everything your neighbors were doing, whether it was walking upstairs or talking, the sound echoed so much that you could hear every bit.

Only problems we had were no bath washcloths, floors were a bit dirty (bottoms of feet were dirty after walking around) and some repairs were needed. We could look past all that as it was a good price and in a very decent part of town, felt safe and could walk to Broadway when wanted to. Would stay again.

In a location close to lots of attractions; good water pressure; a dishwasher was nice to have. The property was misrepresented online. The wording of "access to building amenities, such as the pool….may be restricted or denied" implies to me that those things exist. However, this building has no pool, gym, etc. Abode itself was annoying in the extra steps and duplicate emails. Safety concerns I had as a woman with a young child...neither door opened properly, likely due to hasty renovations. To access the "outdoor terrace" I had to force the door open, because the door scraped the concrete patio. With the neighborhood being up and coming, I didn't feel safe just hanging out back there. I would have liked an additional lock on the front door than just the electronic one. There were 16 regular parking spaces and 2 handicapped ones for 20 units; I never saw the gate locked during my 3-day stay. While the unit was reasonably clean, my child did declare, "Mommy! Look at the squishy thing I found!" Knowing she had likely already picked it up, I was relieved to find it was only a used ear plug someone left behind, and not any other squishy things. There were layers of lint in the dryer cleanout that made me feel like an archaeologist as I removed the layers from different color clothes/sheets. The kitchen trash can looked like it had never been washed out, there was trash in the parking lot, and the same bottle on an outside window ledge the whole stay.

Overall our stay was great! We LOVED the neighborhood and the accessibility to get around Nashville including downtown. The property was easy to get into and very secure. The room did have some small updates it needed but for the amount of time we spent at the facility it was great!
