The landscape and environment is incredible, we loved how we could easily use the habitas resort facilities as well. The drive into the valley itself is worth the visit!

The place and everything in it. The staffs are very accommodating and I appreciate the upgrade from the management. The welcome drinks are perfect, I love the e-bike adventures when roaming around the place. They have the best infinity pool style, best breakfast, best staff and activities. If you want to experience Al Ula with privacy? This is the place plus you have free access to Maraya (Glass building).
Nothing really. The place is like mini-Al Ula and you don't want to go out because everything you need to experience can be felt inside the place.

We were upgraded from the caravan to the hotel and stayed a big villa. The hospitality was truly amazing, turn down service was exceptional. Booked here for a bday celebration and the hotel went far and above for us. The breakfast was really generous, lots of options. The facilities were top notch and attention to detail was out of this world. The staff were incredibly friendly and super welcoming.
Perhaps making us aware of the daily activities without having to ask for them. For example, sending us a daily message with these. Also instructions for the e-bikes would have been useful.

We were given 2 villas at the main hotel not the caravans, I liked the staff al lot! Very good experience
