Spacious well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of Ponta Delgada, next to the university campus. Some 15 min walk from the old town center, 10 min taxi ride from the aeroport. We stayed only one night be and worked very well for us.

Great central location to Ponta Delgada. Private and quiet balcony, kitchenette, and washroom.

The quality of the room construction was poor. For example, the kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging, the tv was hung on the wall incorrect, the faucet was not caulked and moved, and the shower head was holder was broken. This meant that we weren't really able to use alot of things confidently. The washroom had a sewage smell with spiders I'm the corners. There was what looked like sand all throughout the suite. The mattress was sagging and uncomfortable and made loud noises when you moved.

The location is great, a short walk to the ocean and to the city center. The rooms were spacious with small balconies and the suite included a kitchen area. I wish we were able to stay longer! We only had a 24-hour layover in Ponta Delgada, but this location allowed us to easily see a good amount of the city. I would come back to stay again, and hopefully explore more of the island!

Awful beds. No pillows. Dirty sheets.Very loud outside. Confirmed our 12-1am check in (regular was until 12am). Got there at 12:05am everything locked. Host not responding to any messages. Booking.com responded that they will not call at this hour????? Sat outside until 1:30 am until we figured out how to call from our Internet only phones (Whatsapp and Skype did not work) aweful. Host manages many properties and does not care. Don't bother.
