We have stayed at this resort several times and love it. Beautiful property and location. This time we booked unit 128 through booking.com and the unit was so dirty we checked out of that unit the same day and rebooked a room directly through the resort.
The unit was exceptionally dirty. The bathroom had mold growing in it. The shower head had a leak that contributed to the mold growth. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for an extremely long time. The carpet was filthy. The room had not been dusted. It was a health and sanitary hazard due to the mold growth. We could not stay there. We checked out.

Location excellent although because of very late snow the trails we wanted to walk were closed.
Resort fees and parking charges were very high. Especially if you didn’t use the facilities.

Great access to dining at Sandy's, and appreciated the fully outfitted and functional services including the pool, rec center, and fitness center. It was great to have the umbrellas in place and available for sudden showers.
Pleasant surprise to have a full Memorial Day agenda for kids and families.
Lobby was expansive and comfortable.
Our unit had some blemishes like broken drawer handles, nothing major.
