The stench in the house an master bathroom. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and spa appeared dirty. Kitchen pots pans dishes needed deeper cleaning. No place to take garbage outside. No duraflame log as promised. Master bed too low to ground an really hard mattress.

Unannounced workers installing a microwave on Tuesday in the middle of the day, unannounced hot tub service at 8:00 AM, toaster not really working, stovetop not working well, twin bed, not full size as advertised, no durolog as advertised, fireplace does not vent (yes we opened the internal vent), which made us put the purchased durolog out with hose outside the house, smoke alarm does not work. Some type of refund is in order.
