Great location, walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants. Cozy apartment, perfect for two! Had everything we needed and more!!! Definitely would book a stay here again!

This home was in a great location (2 blocks from the beach and a short drive to La Jolla and downtown San Diego). It was a cozy, impeccably decorated space. All of the necessities were included (soap, shampoo, body wash, one bag of coffee, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and enough laundry detergent for one load). The rooftop was a nice space to have a glass of wine and relax, and the property was as described in the listing. Parking is not plentiful, but we were always able to find a spot around the block if none avail in front of the house. We had a great time, and no complaints! Thanks for a great stay!

It was all great except the main house had a party on Friday night that was LOUD and went until 2:00 AM - not acceptable but there was nothing we could do about it. They kept us awake.

This place was nice. It felt fresh and airy, new abs well maintained. Nice amenities like fluffy towels, soap, dishes. Super location - eaklaclr ti so much! We really enjoyed our stay. Thx!

We've never been disappointed with any of the Surfstyle places we've stayed at. They are always super clean, aesthetically pleasing, perfectly stocked, etc. We couldn't ask for anything else. We LOVED the rooftop deck. We could see the ocean and enjoyed coffee up there in the morning, and a glass of wine at night. In true Surfstyle fashion, they have plastic wine glasses to use up there. The unit was the perfect size for one couple. Not sure if I'd bring my kids with me as it would be too tight. One of the best parts about staying in a Surfstyle unit is the checkout process. You simply pack your bags and go - no stripping of the beds, cleaning out the fridge, etc. You just close the door and go. THANK YOU. We will never stay with anyone else when we hit San Diego.

The location and views are great! It's cozy for two I wouldn't suggest more than that. Everything you need is available to cook and do laundry. You are walking distance from restaurants. My only complaint is the parking. It's really difficult to get a parking spot after 6pm without having to drive around the block a few times. One night we parked one block over. Other than that everything was perfect.

We chose the Sapphire 1 BD rental to celebrate a special birthday event with our family members, located about a mile away. Rental offered very good location and rate value for late August. The small but comfortable one bedroom suite included liquid laundry detergent, washer & dryer, sunscreen, good quality bathing supplies on shower wall, hand soap, kettle, paper towels, and much more to make our stay comfortable. We had no need to cook anything during our visit but good they had mugs, plates and bowls for our use. Wish they included some softer bed pillows as foam filled can be uncomfortable on my neck. Bed was fine. 2 wall A/C units functioned well. Glad they were included in the room as temps were hot. We could walk to family during the day and leave vehicle as parking spots can be challenging. Several nearby properties were under construction as well so some work vehicles kept the area busy during workdays. Felt relatively safe for short walk to gate in evening. Rare SoCal hurricane left some plant debris on street area and narrow "alley" where we accessed the stairs to our room entrance and it wasn't cleared or swept during our visit. Overall a nice experience and we would return there if nightly rates remain a good value.

Wife and I came for a week just to get near the water. Place was clean and comfortable and super close to PB. Would definitely stay again.
