Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Auch die inklusive Nutzung von gefiltertem Wasser war super. Metro-Station in 15 Gehminuten oder 5 min mit dem Tuk Tuk.

This was my second time staying here. I had asked to leave a bag as I travelled to the south of India and when I came back two weeks later it was returned to me - great service! Also they made breakfast for me the morning I was leaving - and even went to the trouble of making what I had requested :-)

Right by the park so quiet and hopefully air quality is a little better in this terribly polluted city. Very clean, I took 2 bananas and some snacks.
They don't accept card although description says they do, cash is hard to get by when you're new in the city. UPI does not work for foreigners.

Really gentile employees. Perfect information by the owner. Very calm (not easy to find in Delhi).
The hotel is not easily reachable by Uber/Taxi. And on the first arrival the narrow road seemed a bit sketchy (we had to walk the last 300m). After three days in Delhi it was perfectly fine for us to walk the little distance.

It is a very good cost-benefit guest house. The owner is very kind and helped me a lot during my stay.
No room cleaning during my 3 days stay.

While it was nice being next to a park in such a densely populated city as Delhi, there really wasn't much else of interest in the area. Still it wasn't much of a walk to the metro or the Bahai temple.
Facilities are excellent. Plus there are snacks and drinks available any time.
Cleanliness is an obsession at HOC.
As in so many places in India, it's difficult to figure out how various in-room electrical facilities work. Might be a good idea to put together sheet that details the directions for operating the TV, AC and kettle, etc.

Everything was fine during our stay .
Nothing. Little walk as taxi stopped a few metres before due to lots of car parking on the street.

Great place in Delhi, in a quiet & safe neighboorhood. People there are really nice (working people as well as the owner). Bedrooms are nice with enough comfort & space as well as the bathroom
In winter, the room & bathroom were quite humide. It was difficult to get clothes dry after the rain or towels dry after the shower, even with the small heater.

Staff were nice
It is at the dead m-end of a very narrow and crowded lane. We came in a Toyota Innova and it was a real struggle to get there and get out of.

All in all, it’s definitely a good choice compared to the alternatives in Delhi.

Quite noisy heater on the night table, despite it is typical in New Delhi.
I would suggest to add one double sheet to separate body from the blanket.
Not 100% easy to be reached by car, due to narrow streets in the neighborhood.

The staff is very nice and helpful. If you have any problems they will help you. You can take as much towels and soap as you need. They provide free coffe, tea and snack which is very nice gesture. Bathroom is very nice.
The rooms are a bit small and it gets cold in the winter (they provide heater). Boiler doesn't have a lot of hot water inside so it doesn't take long that you spend all hot water.

Everything was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful.
We had difficulties for the Uber cars to get to the hotel due to the narrow streets. Walking was ok but did not feel 100% comfortable.
