Great location, right next to the beach and down town. Beautiful views of the ocean and Morro Rock( when the fog isn’t covering it!) Comfortable and nice condo. Host was checking in to make sure everything was going well.

We really enjoyed the condo as a home base for this year's New Year's day festivities. We really appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was so we could really cook a homemade meal. The location can't be beat!

This property has easy access to the beach and you can hear the waves (so relaxing). Good views (we spotted dolphins while having coffee on the balcony).

Absolutely love this property! Walking distance to everything in town, views are breathtaking, house is updated and very clean. Communication with hosts was great!

Fabulous property in a cute town. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets and looking out for dolphins! Tom and Lisa were very easy to communicate with and offered advice and support.

The biggest draw of this property is the patio view. Comfortable seating for meals outdoors overlooking the beach, the pier and Morro. Bay. Very comfortable condo with amenities for guests who can handle stairs inside and out.

We had a fantastic stay in Cayucos. The property owners were responsive and the condo met our expectations. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality and comfort of the beds. We will definitely be staying at this location again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nicely decorated. It is a great location. It has everything you need there. Lots of coffee. Nice bed. I was disappointed by the view. I thought there was more of a beach view. I didn't realize from the picture that it was a roof in front of us. There is a caption on one of the pictures that states the beach is not right there so I knew we weren't over a beach. Still, you do have a nice view of the pier and Morro rock. My disappointment did not ruin our trip. Like I said, we enjoyed the place.

Their communication was perfect from start to finish. Their condo was awesome. Well furnished, Wi-Fi worked perfect, TVs in every room. Nice fridge and plenty of cooking utensils.Cozy and well appointed. My morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the beach were priceless. Listening to the music of the waves was beautiful. Lisa and Tom had a bottle of champagne waiting for us for our 50th wedding anniversary! They gave us suggestions for restaurants and we used them- great recommendations - food and service were excellent. You are in the center of town and butted up against the beach, absolutely awesome location. I will say the steps are tough for older people with disabilities but we made it just fine. They tell you about the stairs before you ever rent. If you use a walker or need assistance walking then this is not for you! My only down side is that I had to leave, and I will greatly miss the morning coffee watching the waves, surfers, and families on the beach. Lisa and Tom were the consummate hosts and their property was clean, well furnished, inviting, and lived up to their advertisement. The location was phenomenal. We really did enjoy our 4 day weekend here. It was perfect for us two couples. Could of had 3 couples and been comfy. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, deli, restaurants and bars. I would recommend this to everybody. I will say that I will return.

We love the town of Cayucos. This was the second place we've visited in Cayucos and this property delivered on expectations. We appreciate the location and the incredible view. I would absolutely recommend this spot if you're visiting Cayucos.

Great view, great property, great time!

Even though our balcony looked out over the flat roof of the building between us and the beach it was actually a plus because you didn’t see the the parking lot. The roof and the beach blended together. The house was very nice and homey and fit us just fine with our family of 6. All three over my boys are over 6’ and my daughter is 5’7” so the beds were just fine. The pull couch was very comfortable. The ocean air was very soothing and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

This condo is perfect for your beachfront getaway close to town. It's a two story condo with the bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs. The best spot is the balcony/porch with a great view of the pier, beach and sunsets! We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing vacation and loved the vibe of downtown Cayucos! Walks on the beach were fabulous and there are so many great hikes close by. Highly recommend this for your Cayucos getaway!

Comfy beds. The stairs are steep, might be a problem for some, bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, dining and living room upstairs. However, my husband and I are over 70 years old and managed well enough that we would rent again in spite of the stairs. Nice and comfortable!

This condo was lovely, quiet, and in the perfect location. The view was incredible, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend it for young children, as the stairs were steep, and there seemed to be fragile items in precarious places, but it is ideal for an adult getaway, and it would be ideal for one to two couples.

Super close to several restaurants and shops all with in walking distance. Absolutely beautiful scenery out the back window and balcony. Very quaint little place.

We used this condo as a halfway meeting spot for Thanksgiving with our adult kids. Just like the pictures, the view of the ocean was outstanding! Parking was convenient and you are within easy walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants, antique stores and more. The kitchen had more than we needed even for a Thanksgiving dinner, well stocked. My only advice is to be very careful going down the stairs..especially in socks! The beds were comfortable and the unit has a blow up mattress for extra people but beware there aren’t any blinds on the upstairs windows. Paso Robles and wine tasting are a short 35 min drive for additional fun. Even though we didn’t have great beach weather this unit brought the relaxation of the ocean with the decorations, surfers to watch and the sights and sounds of the water.
