Just ran away from an awful apartment in the soho(this made me has different eyeview of apartments). The customer service replies quickly and very helpfully! The shower and kitchen equipments are good, and the location is perfect(quiet, near to station). It is on ground floor, good for those who have heavy luggage.
The kitchen is narrow, and one of the beds isn't that much good to sleep. There may be a liitle bit of noise in the midnight due to train passing by but not too much.
