Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and included all the basic supplies. Communication with the owner was great. Would recommend for a ski weekend to the local mountains.

We brought our 3, 6 and 10 year olds as well as Grammy for a family vacation. The house was clean and perfect size. Location was great to enjoy North Conway and a day at Santa’s Village. Would stay here again.

This house is very clean and recently renovated. A short walk to the beach, 3 good kayaks, air conditioning and comfortable beds. I really couldn’t ask for more.
Hint for future guests: if it feels damp downstairs, for example during heavy rain, don’t hesitate to close the windows and turn on the air conditioning and dehumidifier.

Great location for our leaf peeping trip. Adequately stocked. One of our 3 guests found bed uncomfortable. Otherwise, no complaints. Owners were easily contacted and helpful.

The property was clean and a short walk to the little pond. The hills and steps can be challenging, or good exercise! It met our needs and we have some family stay a few nights as well. The use of the kayaks was a plus. Don't forget to drive up to the top of the road for the view of all 3 ponds.

This house was super cute and had everything we needed! The entire place was so clean! The location was excellent - 2 minute walk to one beach, and maybe a 8-10 minute walk to Middle Pea Pond. The beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the dimming lamps in the bedrooms. We will absolutely stay here again! My only suggestion is that the dishwasher was not bolted in, so it kept tipping forward when we filled it. But that was a very minor thing. Looking forward to future vacations here!

Perfect location
Great location with beach/lake a super short walk away. Loved being able to use the kayaks. One small complaint is I wish the beds were made when we arrived, but not a big deal. Would highly recommend!!
