About two km from the sea, the "Rustico" of Montemarciano, immersed in the greenery of the Marche hills, represents the extension of our idea of hospitality. The result of careful building renovation work, which was an old barn that had fallen into disuse, has become a corner of paradise overlooking the sea. The typicality and hospitality combined with the simplicity and pleasantness of the furniture in arte povera, allow you to grasp the essential features of the typical residence of the Marche

The space
The tourist residence of our farm in the Marches "La Casa della Lavanda", located in Montemarciano, consists of a single rental unit.

Il Rustico: located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, capable of accommodating 5 beds, consists of a large entrance room where the living room-kitchen area and the bed area (double bed and single bed), a bedroom with bunk bed and the bathroom, the rustic is completed with the porch against the north wall, equipped with outdoor furniture.

The farmhouse is located on a hill overlooking the sea with large outdoor spaces and both couples and families guests of our farm, are welcomed by an environment strongly characterized by the nearby presence of the sea with the pleasant breezes and reflections of the sunsets, however not missing the atmosphere of country life. The name of the farmhouse residence is that of the plant that stood in direct adjacent to the old barn.
