The house is very nice and well appointed. The large open living room and dining/kitchen floor plan made for east family interactions while having plenty of separate bedroom spaces. The neighborhood was quiet but active and well maintained. Communication with Sue was great and she was very accommodating with all our needs. You will enjoy the house, Sue, and the local Clermont area!

We arrived later in the evening using the check-in email I received and it was immediately clear that this home is on "cruise control," as the check-in process was inaccurate. Our “specific directions,” advised to use the lock box next to the door - this was incorrect. In order to access the house you need to use the control pad on the door of the house (honestly this makes the most sense anyway). Once we gained access to the house, I placed my 7 month old on the floor - this was a mistake, the floors were filthy. After 10 minutes of crawling her hands were covered in dirt and hair. Of course, this warranted an even closer inspection of the home. The list of things that were not cleaned was long. As it was later in the evening (7ish)and we had other vacation plans to attend to, I did not immediately contact the property manager, and we moved our luggage into the house and left. When we returned to the house, I started cleaning with cleaning products that I had purchased while out. When I used the swiffer to wipe down the floors the mopping pads were BLACK. I did not expect a spotless house, but the amount of dirt collected on one pad clearly indicated that the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. I also paid extra to have the pool heated and it was not up to temperature when we arrived. I emailed Sue with a list of my concerns. I will say, Sue is extremely pleasant and offered me a refund on the pool heating fee. She also worked diligently to remedy the pool temperature. However, I am disappointed in how the lack of cleanliness in the the home was handled. She did apologize and offered to “make it right,” by allowing the cleaners to come through and clean “again.” Seems somewhat reasonable, except for two things 1) I had already cleaned 2) I did not want further disruption to my vacation and, in my opinion, the most appropriate response would be to refund me the cleaning fee….this was not done. Much to my disappointment, after our stay and my return home I had to email Sue requesting the pool refund that was offered to me (email was sent well over a week after we checked out). I also inquired about a refund/compensation for the cleaning that I had done, and the response I received was “I’ll gladly reimburse you the full amount you paid for the pool heat.” My inquiry regarding compensation for arriving to a dirty house was completely ignored. To whoever stayed there after us - you are welcome. We left the place cleaner than we found it.

The house was as described. If you are looking for a place that is private, quiet and near everything this is it. Communication with Sue was great. I can't wait to stay again.

Our house was very spacious and clean. All of the furniture was comfortable and modern. We very much enjoyed our time in Florida

Let me begin by saying how helpful, hospitable, and thorough Sue was. She made everything super easy. The house was gorgeous and perfectly spaced out for our family. My mother had her own space as did our son. We loved having a master upstairs and away from everyone. The house is open and inviting. The pool is very private as is the entire backyard. The screened in lanai was perfect for us to sit and enjoy cocktails even when the afternoon rains rolled in. I do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was perfect. The oven range was a fav for me because it has an air fryer built into the oven. It was roomy as well, so people could sit at the counter or help me with food prep and not be in the way. I love the Swiss Ski Resort! This is the second time we’ve stayed in it but first time in this particular home. I would love to stay there again in the future!

We had an amazing time. The property was absolutely perfect for us. The wildlife was exciting, the views were captivating. We spent the day at the Springs and would come back and the girls would swim and we would just chill and relax. The only thing is the grill was broken and wouldn’t work for us but other than that Simply Perfect.
