This home and property manager are amazing! Decor and cleanliness of the home is fantastic! Decor is perfectly, light and relaxing. The home had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and was not over crowded with unnecessary items, making what we needed easy to find. Can't wait to find another reason to go back to this property!

Everything was brand new in the home and loved the small but loaded kitchen with plenty of counter space. We spent most of our time on the back deck just enjoying our stay. We loved it and plan to come back. Courtney, property manager, communicated with us very well and made sure everything was ready when we arrived. Thank you very much for the beautiful home on the lake.

The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and necessities. Living area pleasant and included fall decorations. Very clean place. Towels very nice. The Sun porch looks pleasant. However, we were limited to the house, due to rain and temp. Gracious hostess. I let my friend stay in the main bedroom and I was stuck with with the second bedroom. Ugh! Bunk beds, no table and lamp! (So this rental is limited to a couple with kids.) You can’t read, have a leisurely cup of coffee in bed etc. Used my cooler to sit items.on! TV choices and Wi-Fi were bad. The tv on line has outdated choices and I can’t recommend HULU. The bathroom needs a small table to sit toiletries etc. on. Either you try to balance your items on the sink or place on the floor. I recommend you get a narrow table with chairs that you sit behind the sofa. Not everyone wants to sit on bar stools. Per my friend, the bed in main bedroom needs a step stool. I do appreciate you driving over on Thanksgiving to help us with the tv! Hope this helps! Glenda

This cute little house is on the canal very close to the open lake. Everything was provided for in this house. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable! We loved spending time on the closed in porch since it was too hot to sit outside. Unfortunately, due to the drought there wasn't any water in the canal. Other than that, this stay was perfect!

This place was just as pictured if not better. Our family enjoyed hanging out at the house and kids loved playing corn hole. We were disappointed we couldn’t do water activities due the low lake level and extreme heat, but we made the best of it. Homeowner had great suggestions of indoor things to do that my kids loved.

The owner was very accommodating and easy to speak with. Best place to stay in Gun Barrel City.

The hostess, Courtney, thought of everything! The Lake house was so charming and well provisioned. So many thoughtful touches! We were greeted with a lovely charcuterie board in the refrigerator with a note. She quickly responded to all questions and concerns. An unexpected treat was our proximity to the Canton first Monday Trade Days. All appliances are new. Fishing poles, kayaks, lighted fellowship and recreation area in the back. Beautiful trees. Gorgeous Enclosed back patio where we had our breakfast each morning

Catch me, I have fallen in love! 🥰This cozy cottage on the canal of Cedar Creek Lake is truly cuter IRL with amenities galore! The pictures do not do it justice because it’s more like a mini resort by the lake. The owners have poured their hearts into it and it shows. It is well decorated and full of thoughtful touches. I spent my mornings drinking coffee on the sun porch with a good book. The kitchen has all of the items you need including spices, condiments, and small appliances (coffee pot with both drip and Keurig options, blender, instant pot, food processor, toaster, every pot, pan, baking dish you can think of and more). There are dishes and glasses for indoors and out because that’s where you want to be to cook on the grill while you play a game of corn hole in the backyard. Enjoy a cold beer and use their provided gear and poles to snag a few catfish or stripers on the canal dock. There are stairs to easily get in the lake and be sure to use the kayak and paddle board that’s provided. So much fun. We met the neighbors on all sides and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Our favorite part was roasting marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit under the string-light lit backyard. Gorgeous! Courtney was an exquisite host and very responsive to ensure every detail of our stay was memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
