The small suite was delightfully decorated and comfortable. The proximity to the central part of Waikiki was supurb. Only 2 or 3 blocks from the International Market. The check in procedure was smooth problem free even though a few more steps were involved than id it had been a hotel. Also, parking was FREE! That saved us more the 100$ compared to almost everywhere else we considered.

Good access to Waikiki Beach!
The unit was well equipped with items like a beach umbrella and beach chairs, which made our beach life very comfortable.
There was a partial ocean view from the lanai, and the scenery in the morning and at sunset was beautiful.
Also, it was nice that parking was free.
Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the entire room smelled of cigarettes.
Since the room was located right in front of the elevator, we could hear other guests talking loudly, which was a bit disturbing at night.
