Excellent value for money, easy communication with host, easy to find and get in, dog accepted for 15 euros extra, seems reasonable.
Sofabed not that comfortable, but not the worst ever, requirement to take sheets off the bed and take out the garbage seems a bit much to me, not very friendly. I also rent out a flat quite cheaply and it never occurred to me to ask people to do that, but maybe I should... Generally it is a cheap place and it seems so, so the high average score on this site is a bit misleading. But considering the location it's very good value

The location, hosts, cleanliness, size and accomodations were excellent. I had a car because I was doing a road trip through France. I was offered a parking card for a sheltered parking space about a 5-minutes walk from the apartment. It is better that way because the roads are very narrow so your car could easily get hit. Also, it would be a difficult to get a parking spot in front of the apartment.
It was a bit expensive for me. I had to book it as a one-night rest stop on the way of a long drive. It would have been nice if I could stay longer, but a little less expensive. The location really is excellent.
