Good location - I used this as a base to explore Chateau and towns by train. Train and tram station and Netto supermarket 10 mins walk. Tours cathedral is 20 minutes walk. Apartment very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, good wifi signal. Dining table in kitchen for sit down meals. Spacious bathroom with a bath tub. Good communication with owner, easy self check in process
Flat upstairs was a bit noisy

Lovely, clean and compact apartment that was perfect for exploring Tours. The apartment had everything we needed and parking was convenient. A great fromagerie just around the corner too!
The apartment had a fan but we found it very warm at night. As it was on the ground floor we didn’t like to leave the windows open overnight but we realised on the last day the window to the bedroom has a tilt opening so it is secure.
