This home is so beautiful! I also have to say it is the first place i have ever stayed that has all the cooking utensils a person would need! We came for a weekend getaway with just my husband and I and it was perfect! Will be back and hopefully come during season, with my family!

Honest Review:
This has to be one of the better properties in Hot Springs. The architecture and interior design are immaculate. The pictures dont do it justice. For the most part, the place was very clean; however, I personally didn't sleep under the sheets because there were several strands of hair on them. Other than that, it was a great stay. My recommendation to those inquiring would be to ask about the house rules prior to booking as they weren't listed, and I probably would not have rented at least during this trip because I ultimately moved a very important family gathering out of caution to ensure I respected the rules of the house. I received the information about the house rules the day before my stay, which was too late to cancel with refund. I'm appreciative of the experience otherwise.

The description of the house was very accurate; everything we needed for our weekend trip was available for us. The home was extremely clean and simply decorated but very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing.

Spotlessly clean, exceptionally spacious, very quiet neighborhood and overall extremely comfortable. The listing pictures associated with this unit are exactly what we encountered during our stay. We travel regularly with another couple and concluded this is among the best short term rental experience we've had. This was our first trip to Hot Springs and particularly appreciated the hospitality of the local restaurants and businesses.

The house was very spacious, including a huge master bedroom suite. The open concept kitchen/dining and family room gave our family lots of room to spread out and still be together. We played games together, watched old pictures of our family on the large screen TV, and enjoyed just visiting and reminiscing on the very comfortable reclining couches. The entire house and furnishings were all very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was beautiful and an ideal location. Everything was within 5 to 10 minutes radius. You feel at home away from home. The owner provided all the essential items required for a stay from shampoo to detergent to wash clothes. The owner was prompt in her response. We had a fantastic time and did not want to leave. Whenever we decide to go back to Hot Springs we would love to stay at the same property.

The house is in a great, beautiful location. Easy access to all the attractions in Hot Springs. The house is gorgeous and views from the deck are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We plan to stay here again!

This was the perfect house for my sisters, brother-in-law and me to stay for our trip to Hot Springs for the horse races. The house was clean, well furnished, and really nice!

We loved Brian Cove! The house was perfect for us and met our expectations. It's a lovely home that had plenty of room for us to visit, play games, and snack. The kitchen is well-appointed with a Keurig and an ice maker, two things that were lacking for me in another property. We would definitely choose Brian Cove again.

The location was great and the house was very nice. It was the perfect size with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a sleeper sofa and a large open kitchen and living room. Nicely furnished. Coffee on the outdoor deck with a nice view a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was open with plenty of room. They provided plenty of everything you would need. It was the first time we ever stayed somewhere and had enough towels. Comfortable clean furniture. Even the white comforters were spotless. Loved the location on the lake. Close to the marina, shopping and restaurants. Great safe neighborhood. You definitely will not regret renting this house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home in Hot Springs. The location was perfect for us and close to restaurants and shopping. Everything was as listed and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place in Hot Springs.

The perfect stay!
The house was perfect for our family of 6! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom and closet are huge and the bed itself was so comfy! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and visiting in the afternoons and watching the ducks swim through the cove in the morning. There was plenty of room in the house and the laundry room was amazing, too. We certainly hope to vacation here again soon!
