Just ok. Check in was complicated but instructions and communication from the host were good. Beds were very hard but rooms were nice and dark. We stayed while going to Disneyland and it was a bit further than we thought from the metro station. The walk was ok in the morning but felt long and hot after a day at Disney with small kids and a stroller. It was nice to have Aldi and some restaurants close by.

The rooms were clean. We had everything we needed. The garage was a plus. It was perfect for our Disney stay.

it was very well centrally located. And very nice restaurants to eat at around there.

The Apartment is really great, very well equipped, everything you need and more is there! Very quiet and extremely clean. We felt home from the beginning. We would come again and recommend Cozy Apartment to everybody travelling with Family and does not want to spend so much money at a hotel. Aldi is just around the corner and so are many Restaurants and the RER Train Station that we used one day to get to Disneyland (just one stop) and a 45 min ride to Paris Downtown (Charles de Gaulle station, to Arc de triomph) on the other day. You can definitely get around very well without a car, which is very safe at the apartments parkinglot. Only thing to consider (and which made me a little nervous at the beginning) the owners strictly communicate only over the third party FeWo or Vrbo app which did not work for me to respond. So I wrote my questions over Expedía Messenger Service but did not get a response here. You would just have to wait until one day before your reservation to get their email with Check in instructions (over FeWo/Vrbo). Again, I could not respond but I got all the necesary info that we needed to get into the Apartment (step by step and do not get nervous with the lockboxes, you will get inside!)
